Exchange & Returns
For stock items - if you received the wrong items or they were shipped late and you can no longer use them, notify us within 30 days and we will pay return freight and give a full refund for the returned merchandise. Call 216-539-0895 for return authorization and coordination.
If your shipment appears damaged, note this with the packaging carrier upon receipt, or sign the bill-of-lading with a notation “damaged freight”, take pictures, and examine the goods immediately. If damage was the result of faulty carrier handling, we will file a claim on your behalf, but title and risk of loss are F.O.B. our warehouse. Call us at 216-539-0895 should this happen.
Non-stock (custom) orders are not returnable, unless you received the wrong items or defective goods.
Returns for any other reason will be accepted within 30 days, only for the full quantity of the original purchase (no partial returns) with a $50 restocking fee per item returned, and the customer paying return freight. Call 216-539-0895 for return authorization and coordination.
